Nationwide service. No contractor referrals. No installation sales. Independent only.
Process

Simple process.
Serious results.

From intake to deliverable in 24–72 hours. No contractor referrals. No site visit required for most services. Here's exactly what happens when you engage us.

Step by Step

Four steps from intake to control.

1
Step 01
Submit your intake.

Tell us about the property, the situation, and what you're trying to solve. The intake form takes about five minutes. You don't need measurements, you don't need photos, and you don't need to know which package fits — we'll tell you.

  • Property address and roof type (approximate is fine)
  • What stage you're at — pre-bid, bids received, insurance involved, or active issue
  • Any documents you already have (bids, insurance scope, inspection reports)
No payment at this step
2
Step 02
We review and confirm.

Within one business day, we review your intake, confirm the right service fit, and send you a project confirmation with pricing. If your situation is outside our scope or better served by a different resource, we'll tell you that too.

  • Service recommendation with clear rationale
  • Fixed fee or quoted range — no surprises
  • Secure payment link to authorize work
Work begins on payment confirmation
3
Step 03
We build your scope.

Our team runs aerial measurement, cross-references current local building code, reviews any documents you've provided, and produces a clean, structured deliverable. Everything is built for clarity — formatted to be shared with contractors, adjusters, or attorneys as needed.

  • Aerial measurement and imagery (P1, P2, P4)
  • Code compliance cross-reference (P2, P3, P4)
  • Bid or insurance scope analysis (P2, P3)
  • On-site diagnostic inspection (P4 only)
24–72 hours depending on package
4
Step 04
You're in control.

Your deliverable is uploaded to your secure client portal. Download it, share it with every contractor, and negotiate from a documented, independent baseline. If your package includes a consultation, we schedule that once the report is delivered so you can ask questions with the findings in front of you.

  • PDF report — formatted for contractor or adjuster distribution
  • Secure client portal — accessible anytime
  • Consultation (P2, P3, P4) — scheduled post-delivery
What You Receive

Documentation built to hold up.

Every deliverable is structured to be useful in the real world — with contractors, adjusters, attorneys, or your own project files.

📐
Measurement Report
Verified square footage, pitch data, geometry notes, and annotated aerial imagery. The same foundation every contractor uses to price.
📋
Written Scope
Assemblies, components, code-required items, and documented assumptions. A clear baseline that removes interpretation from the bidding process.
🔍
Gap Analysis
What contractors or adjusters left out, underpriced, or left ambiguous — compared against what the scope actually requires.
📊
Bid Comparison
Apples-to-apples comparison of contractor proposals — showing exactly what each bid includes, excludes, and assumes.
📑
Findings Report
Written findings formatted for adjuster, contractor, or attorney review. Professionally structured and defensible.
🔐
Secure Portal Access
All documents delivered to a private client portal — accessible, downloadable, and shareable on your terms.
Turnaround

Fast. Defined. No guessing.

Turnaround is measured from payment confirmation. Complex properties or large portfolios may extend timelines — we'll tell you upfront.

Questions

The ones we get most often.

Do you need to visit my property? +
For Packages 1–3, no. We use aerial measurement technology and any documents you provide. Package 4 (Forensic & Diagnostics) requires an on-site inspection because hands-on diagnostics — moisture mapping, probing, attic access — can't be done remotely.
Can you work with my insurance adjuster directly? +
We provide you with a written findings report formatted for adjuster or public adjuster review. We don't negotiate claims directly — we're not licensed public adjusters. But the documentation we produce is built to support those conversations and give your claim a technical foundation.
I don't know what type of roof I have. Is that okay? +
Completely fine. Submit your address and we'll identify the roof system from aerial imagery as part of the process. You don't need to know anything before submitting.
What if I'm not sure which package I need? +
Submit an intake and tell us where you are in the process. We'll review it and recommend the right fit — there's no commitment until you receive and accept our service confirmation. If you prefer, use the package chooser on the Services page for a quick starting recommendation.
Do you refer contractors? +
No. We are structurally independent — we don't refer contractors, accept referral fees, or maintain relationships with installation companies. Our only financial relationship is with the property owner we're serving. That independence is the foundation of everything we do.
What states do you serve? +
We deliver Packages 1–3 nationwide, entirely remotely. Package 4 (on-site inspection) is available in select regional markets — submit an intake and we'll confirm availability for your location.
